Shipping

Your happy mail is on the way! Orders are carefully packed and typically shipped through USPS within 2–3 business days. Every package includes insurance, and tracking information will be emailed as soon as your order ships.

Because our handcrafted guitar lights require a little extra care, shipping methods and timelines vary by piece.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered! If you’d like to return or exchange your item for another color or style, email us within 30 days of delivery so we can help make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Sometimes packages have a rougher journey than expected—we get it! If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email us with your order number and a few photos. We’ll gladly replace it.
